i usually love this Tim Hortons but today, the lady at the window was beyond rude did not even say a word to me, when I was... ordering I asked if there was other sides than chips they said nothing, so I said chips are completely fine.. we?ll i didn'teven get my chips.. Older staff was rude to the younger staff. A simple order took way longer than it should have. Do not go to this store.

I went to this location and ordered a coffee and I asked for a small cup of ice water. The lady responded that we now charge for... ice water. I said, okay that?s fine. I asked her how much, she said a dollar!!! Now I go to all Tim Horton locations in Saginaw.None of them even charge me for ice water. I can see a cost to cover for material, but a whole dollar for a small cup of icewater. That?s a bit expensive. She said they have new owners and they want us to charge for water now. In the future I?ll beavoiding this location. I see the owners are nothing but greedy corporate suits. Nah, I?ll keep my money and go to otherlocations. Read more
