They don't know how to work the points or award system. I'll give them my card with redeemed offers/points and even tell them... the total should go down. Get my receipt and...nope. Then they just play dumb when you say something. Also, if a customer paysfor extra cream cheese on an already expensive bagel, maybe try adding extra cream cheese. I could buy 6 bagles and a box ofcream cheese at Walmart for the price I pay for one at Timmy's. Also....PSA, stop cutting the bagles!!! Read more
Horrible experience every single time. The kitchen area is dirty. Staff is outside playing in the trash. 3 times in a row they... served a rotten egg. For its menu prices their service, cleanliness and quality is worse than mcdonalds. They are in real needof a new management. Read more
I stopped at the Tim Horton's on Michigan avenue in Saginaw because the open sign was on and the lights were on. I got out of... my car and went up to the lobby door and it was locked. I saw people working inside but they did not pay any attention tome. This was this morning about 6:05 am. I was hoping to get bagels for the people I work with but the lobby was closed. Read more
With me working 3rd shift I sometimes need a quick fix for breakfast. This tim Hortons is literally a few blocks away. From my... house. I drove to to the drive thru thinking that they might be open due to the lights were on and the menu was lite and theneon open was flashing. Their hours stated open at 5am and was reported accurate just a week ago. Not even a min after I rolledmy window down ... We are closed. Couldn't tell me when they would be open or anything. I'm not shopping at this locationagain.. I will go out of my way and go to the one 2 miles from work in Bay city or go to the ones on state or titt. Read more
I called just before 2 pm July 9, 2022 to ask if the dining room was open. She said yes. I arrived 43 minutes later and it was... closed. I called and told her this. She said, "that was 43 minutes ago." She was polite, but I think all Tim Hortons in Saginaware owned by the same people, and I'm disappointed that they don't tell to their staff how omitting this information caninconvenience customers. these guys are awesome. always top notch Edit: This place has struggled with bees for a long time and haven't taken any obvious... steps to exterminate them. Bees fly in and out your car while waiting in the long line at the drive thru since they refuse toopen the inside. Today I had a bee inside my drink that ultimately ended up inside my mouth. Pretty much an idiotic fear made areality by this place. I come here almost every day, but not anymore. Read more
Everything is great with delicious food and deserts. They charge a whole dollar for a glass of water, expensive! . Paying a... quarter would be okay. Then outside of the restaurant there were cigarettes on the sidewalk and some litter that should havebeen swept up in the morning. Read more
