Workers won?t take your order unless you ring the bell. Customers can literally stand in line and workers will be on their... phones ignoring them.They talk so loud about their personal lives the entire cafeteria can hear, very unprofessional. The coupletimes I have ordered their workers had attitudes and they try to rush you along to get back to their phones. Read more

Very slow for being in a hospital cafeteria during a lunch rush. Unprepared for the rush and not so professional staff.

This place is probably the worst subway I've encountered. I've found the place completely deserted because both employees, when... there is more than 1, decided to go to break at the same time (absolutely unprofessional), and there is usually only one personworking anyways. And they really need the two people, because everyone that works here is so ungodly slow at getting throughcustomers. I suppose as a patient or visitor it's not that big of deal, but as an employee trying to snag food on a 30 minutelunch break it's very disheartening to get to subway (the ONLY place open for 2nd and 3rd shift) and know you won't have time toeat simply because a SINGLE person happens to be in line before you. It was good. They only thing they give you alot of is lettuce.
