I bought a dozen tamales last Friday. Over half of the tamales, the masa wasn?t cooked all the way. The tamale was essentially... all paste you could roll into a ball. Even after microwaving it still was pasty. Make sure you check your tamale's to ensureit?s cooked right . You spend 20 bucks on a dozen tamales, you should expect a good product. Read more

The service was great and the food was fantastic when I visited the restaurant last month, especially the nachos. I was so... disappointed that the restaurant was closed this weekend. However, when I visit my family the next time, I will return for moregreat food. The other mexican restaurants in the area don't compare in my opinion. Read more
Great to call in orders ahead of time as wait can be long! Staff is all super friendly and they take cash and card now which is... great and makes me love this place more! All of their food is great from the sides, chicken and beef tacos, enchiladas,tostadas, chips, etc. they even have drinks too. Definitely a go to for a great authentic eat! Will not disappoint! Ordered a medium size nacho for 2. Found them online and they were rated for best nachos in Michigan lol. Drove 1 and a half... hours to try and very disappointed. Nachos were layered nicely, but you could tell it had been microwaved. Cheese was meltedinto the sides of Styrofoam container and several chunks of hard microwaved cheese. Very very disappointed that we will not tryanother thing from here nor will we return. I've tried alot of nachos and how they got rated number1 is beyond me, I've hadbetter. Read more
