I pulled up to the speaker and I guess I didn?t hear the lady the first time she spoke, so she repeated herself again and stated... ?I said?welcome to Popeyes etc etc..? I couldn?t believe I heard that with my own ears. My 9 yr old daughter couldn?t believe itherself. Nobody wants to be talked to in that way especially when they?re ordering their food. Shavon is the rudest. I hate making reviews like this but it?s just so sad how ghetto this location is allowed to be. This women... who thinks the window is sound proof should never have a hospitality role, she was cursing and talking badly about customers.She cut my order short and called me white trash because I kept asking for things because again she cut my order short. Awful ,did not get my whole order. Biscuits were real hard. Shrimp so much breading made me sick through shrimp out. Mac and... cheese that was worth the trip.red beans and rice so so. Unless you want mac and cheese the rest of the menu sucked. And goodluck getting whole order. Read more
This STORE AND LOCATION AND ITS STAFF! ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Ususally I Never leave a review. I ALWAYS give people the... benefit of the doubt. This is the second time this happened and I?m DONE! Ordered Nearly $50 worth of food was told the waitwill be 15 minutes?.here we are 45 minutes later and I had to GO INSIDE to remind these idiots that I?m still waiting for myfood! Food was great, didn't take long at all to get it out to us. The only issue at all was the drive-thru speaker is very old and... outdated. It was hard for me, and the person taking the order, to understand each other, so a lot of repeating ourselves washappening.. when we got the food, they forgot our biscuits. We went into the restaurant, and the woman who took our order wasvery nice and gave us fresh, hot biscuits free of charge for the trouble.
