On four separate occasions, my dad has ordered and was charged for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Not one time has he gotten... cheese. It's four ingredients. Why is this so difficult? I also asked for an iced mocha. The lady followed up with, would youlike that hot or cold? And what flavor? Iced. Mocha. What I got was a black coffee with chocolate syrup. Do better. Read more
