Went through the drive through and had a terrible experience with the computer generated voice at the order box when I tried to... order a simple cappuccino and asked if they still had the strawberry cream cheese pies. She didn't understand and continued toadd items to the display which came to $7 plus dollars. Finally an actually person came on and answered my questions. I got mycappuccino and apple turnover which took less than 2 minutes and came to $3. Wow! Is this what the world is coming to, computergenerated voices when you order fast food? Now I know why I don't go to fastfood restaurants. Would rather go inside and orderover the counter, but I'm not sure they have inside dining, not sure why. Most restaurants have inside dining. First time at this location. I just had a lot of blood drawn so I needed a quick bite before driving home. Fries and nuggets... were fresh and crispy, chocolate shake was perfect, and they took and filled my order very quickly. Staff was very friendly aswell. Read more
You think they would be able to handle a simple order but everytime I go they manage to mess up something. Ordered a quarter... pounder with cheese, no pickles, sub Mac sauce. Got no cheese, no condiments, and enough pickles to end world hunger. Read more
If you want fast curbside don't go to this location. Waited 20 mins for one sandwich then get attitude when I come in to get it.... Swear they had to kill the pig and everything before I get a sausage McMuffin. Read more
This was the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. First I pull up to the drive thru, I order, the girl at the speaker... was rude didn't give me a total or read back my order so I knew she heard me right. I get up to the first window and she opensthe window and just looks at me, again without giving me a total. Glad I got a receipt cause she didn't hear I also ordered adrink. Then at the second window the other girl is just standing there with her arms crossed, then when she finally opens thewindow to give me my food, I tell her that the other girl forgot to add my drink to my order and I tell her I was willing to payfor it, she closes the window while looking annoyed I even said anything. She reopens the window I have my card ready to pay forit, and all she says is "here you go, have a nice a night" it was very rude and probably will never visit this location again.If I give it 0 stars I would. I went inside to place my order. I waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. My order was incorrect (paid for sandwiches I... didn't order) which seemed to be an inconvenience to the manager. She returned the difference in cash, though I paid with mycard. I requested a receipt and was told I couldn't get one for a return. I don't care how hungry I get. That experience willkeep me from going to that location ever again. Read more
I went through the drive through today and had a terrible experience on a simple order. I ordered a large coke no ice and a half... cut iced tea. The tea rung up as more then a dollar. I had asked about it but the person at the window said it's never been adollar. That might have been true for this location but it's a dollar on the McDonald's on wilder Rd in bay city. My problem wasnot with the price being different though. When we got our drinks the diet coke was not filled up all the way. The lady at thewindow had said that's how much I get if I order it no ice. Now I understand they have machines that dispense a certain amount,but to not fill it up is incredibly cheap. the worst part of that was she started laughing about it. I understand if she wastrying to be light-hearted about it, but I don't understand tone easily. I was not happy about it, and don't think it was funnyat all. After I had pulled off the tea was completely unsweetened. It was a simple order but they somehow messed it up thatbadly. Definitely not coming back here because of how up-tight and cheep this McDonald's is, and because of how the staffhandled this. I would have not bothered to write this review if I was not laughed at. Had an unfortunate experience the other day here and the staff were exceptionally understanding and helpful throughout the... ordeal. I eat at McDonald's probably at least 5 times per week for lunch and I always order online ahead of arriving. This timeI applied the incorrect card as my payment method so it didn't go through. I didn't have a physical copy of the card I needed touse with me so it took me quite a while to straighten things out. I ended up cancelling my order online then creating anotherorder for in store pickup instead. I know it had to be really frustrating for them to deal with my situation but they were allreally nice and didn't make me feel like I was a bother to them at all. Thanks for treating people like people and for workingso hard to make sure the rest of the world can have somewhere inexpensive and trustworthy to grab a meal when we don't feel likemaking it ourselves at home. I truly think the world has largely always taken our fast food industry workers for granted, but atleast for me personally and I'm sure others, the COVID lockdown really made it blatantly obvious how important to society youall really are. It's incredibly difficult and tedious work that I don't think the majority of executives could last a singleday doing themselves. Thank you so much! Read more
