I think the manager spit in my coffee. I asked for a iced caramel macchiato but they were passing me a hot one. I said oh, I... asked for it to be iced. The lady in the background (kanager)said I heard her say hot, now she is changing her mind! Then shesaid tell her to pull up and we will bring it out. I finally got the coffee and it was all creamy looking and mixed well.Usually it's not mixed like that. So I put my straw in and then swirled it around and pulled it out and there was slime drippingfrom my straw. I just threw it out and ordered a new coffee from Creation Coffee house which was divine! Service was great. We came with a bus of 50 people and they took or orders with patience and kindness. We were visiting Saginaw... and we felt welcomed. The manager was so patient with the children that ordered as well. Everything was done in a timelyfashion. Read more
