My original order was not made correctly. Upon returning to have it made again the manager on duty said he would personally have... it fixed. Then upon finding out they made it wrong again I had no time to go back a third time to have it remade. So I called upthere and spoke with the manager and said it was wrong and he said we will just make it for you tomorrow and he took down myname and before I could even explain that I won't be in the area because my fiance gets released from covenant hospital todaythe manager just hung up on me. No matter which location McDonald's never gets my orders correct. Y'all essentially take ourmoney and give us whatever you want and y'all want $15 an hour??? My fiance now is upset that she can't eat what she paid forafter giving birth 46 hours ago. Might as well change the company name to Surprise because no matter how much you pay it'salways gonna be a surprise in your bag and it's never a good surprise.... It's a shame that this place is right in front of the hospitals with the worst food, service , nd crew throw the whole dang onn... establishment away food never hot, yu always have to pull ahead for the simplest order that should be ready on demand alwaysfresh! Never!!! I'm disgusted as a community that you can't even enjoy hot decent food in your local community servicing thefront line care workers, accurately I will drive to Holland or any areas surrounding before I return here! Wish it was possible to leave negative stars. This place is a joke. The owner needs to fire everyone and maybe hire someone who... can pass a drug test or graduated high-school. In the drive thru for 20 minutes just to get the wrong order TWICE. Read more
Worst one in town they messed up my order, when I went in to fix was met with rudeness, when I tried to explain what happened I... was dismissed and was told they wouldn't honor the buy one get one for $1 because I only wanted 3 because got 1 with order whenI ordered 4 their mistake for not ringing it up correctly. Took so long to get replacement burgers the previous food was nowcold, total disappointing experience. Mind you this was a manager or assistant manager that was rude. This is not my 1st badexperience at this restaurant breakfast burrito wrapped sloppy hard tortilla wrap and the middle of it was cold, I recommend youuse a different McDonald's they have no desire to do what it takes to make sure the customers have a pleasant experience and thequality of food is lacking. I really miss watching TV'S at McDonald's. The kiosks are confusing to me. I sure am glad, though, that we have them, like a... home away from home. They're usually open early in the morning and late at night. Their bathrooms are clean and modern, butthe remodels are not always an improvement, speaking of the dining areas. Freeland once had the most interesting theme of appleorchards and skiing. There were fabulous glass or plexiglass etchings, if I recall correctly. Now there's nothing that standsout as special. I love spicy chicken nuggets and was very excited for their return but at the Bay Rd McDonald's they have a totally different... version than before. They dont even look like McDonald's chicken nuggets anymore. The look, texture and taste have changed and Iam not "lovin' it" at all Read more
Always something with this McDonald's. 3 times now I've not been able to get my order for some reason. Tonight, after waiting at... the speaker for about 5 minutes, I was told they don't make McFrappes after 10 which is weird since the one I go to usually hasmade them at 3 am.
