With a large coach tour group. Stopped across the road at Mall for shopping and lite lunch. Not much to choose from inside mall.... Checked lunch options close by and found Long John Silver's. Walked across street. Came inside and was greeted warmly. Orderoptions were discussed. Order was brought out quickly hot and fresh. Everything was great. Lack of customer service is an issue. My wife and I were the only people in there, no one in line, or in drive through. We... waited 9 minutes just to be told "hold on a sec".. while they(the employees) finished there conversion about who drank more lastnight...the only saving grace, the food was good. Read more
