I went with my sister and daughter for my birthday. By the time my sister and I got our half rack ribs they were cold, and under... cooked. My mashed potatoes came in a thimble sized cup, and my ceaser salad came after my main course. The fries were greasy andunder cooked. If you want to spend $65.00 on cold food for lunch go here they won't disappoint. Read more
Terrible experience, once we were sat we got a new server which was fine until, we had to point along the menu to show her what... the items were since she did not know as if we were the first table ever. Our drinks came in late and after ordering whileteaching the server her own menu items we waited 15 minutes for her to come and tell us they didn?t have the items we ordered,she was inexperienced and seemed uninterested in serving. The food was wrong and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lampNOT fresh. the chicken was iffy. The server also messed up our bill, did not seem like she cared. Definitely went down hillnever returning, I?ll wait 2 hours for Texas Roadhouse next time ps I only come for rolls and those didn?t even taste fresh. Read more
Wow! Spectacular food. Boneless wings have perfect spice. They were moist but still had some crunch. Porterhouse was cooked... perfectly medium. Cinnamon apples are a must try. Bread is warm and fresh. Butter was whipped. Place was next to empty on aThursday night. Will be back. Read more
BEWARE!!!!!!! We arrived at 12:00 expecting a nice lunch. We walked in the door to be greeted by the host who appeared... aggravated that we would bother him and expect him to actually walk us to our table. This was followed by a delay of service byour waitress. Our waitress was very nice but service was very slow. My wife ordered chicken and I ordered the fish and chipsmeal. We both got a Caesar salad as one of our sides, of which both were very below average salads. After finishing our saladand expecting our meal any moment, 40 minutes later the manager approaches us apologizing for the delay and that they are out offish. Note we have already been there for 40 minutes and I expecting our meal at any moment. Although we do not expect everyrestaurant to have every item at every point in time 40 minutes in is not a time to convey to your customer that you do not havean item. Worst grilled shrimp dinner ever. The onion rings were over fried with old grease and nothing but the outer unedible skin of the... onion. Manager never even bothered to come to the table to explain. However, our waitress was great. She needs to find anotherjob where they actually make decent food. I will never go back. Read more
We ordered Logans Rib meals from Door Dash. When we received them my full rack of ribs only had eight in my husbands half rack... with the crispy shrimp only had four. They were all burnt, fatty and dry! My husbands shrimp were left in the fryer to long aswell. I tried to call Logan?s because before DoorDash extra fees it was a total of 52$ hoping to be able to have left overs.When someone finally answered and I asked to speak with a manager the guy told me they might not be able to talk right now. Sowhen a manager finally came on the same phone he asked me what I needed ?during the worst possible time?!! I was very upset andasked him why the quality and quantity changed and if they changed the ribs and told him about the burnt and fatty food as well.He told me they changed them 6months ago and since I ordered it through door dash there was nothing to do and I shouldn?t haveordered during dinner rush!!! Slow service. Staff that doesn't care. We came in for dinner last night. The restraunt was not very busy. Took forever to even... get the waters/non-alcoholic drinks out. The drinks we ordered took 20+ minutes to come out. One of our steaks was half burn(visually burnt!!!! Half the steak was black!), and way over cooked on that half to the point it wasn't even edible. Waiterforgot half of the stuff we asked him for (had to ask for waters 4x before we got them). Messed up one of our parties burgers.With how slow the service was we didn't have time for them to fix it. The list goes on..... save your money.
