Mostly empty restaurant food took 30 plus minutes (a Caesar Salad took longest) , no cheese sticks (you?re 100 yds from Sam?s... Club!) food was decent, server was pretty good. She apologized for the delays and gave us a free mini dessert. Not impressive Read more
Vibe there was good. Waited a long time before we were approached and it wasn?t that busy when we were there. Nachos were unique... and really good. Waitress was really nice. Wings were lack luster. It was a good experience but not enough to want to go back. Read more
Big difference from a year ago. Great service, Nice/Friendly/Cute girls. Manager even checked at all the tables. Food was very... good, after I had to send back mozzarella sticks for not having any cheese inside. When redone were awesome. Half the staffcomes to the table to deliver food, refills, check on you, was great team work. Being a retail manager I appreciate goodcustomer service. Who ever took over as manager keep up the great work, and great recruiting. Read more
Took my old exchange student there. He is back for a visit from Denmark after I had him 5 yrs ago. Had to get pictures for great... future memories. Not a huge fan of the food, yet love the atmosphere and all the ladies are very kind. Read more
Unfortunately, it was 87 degrees in there on the hottest day of the year. We felt bad for the kitchen staff and servers, and it... was pretty uncomfortable on there. We were told the regional manager was in that day and said don't turn the air down, thesystem freezes. My suggestion is to get it fixed then. It's not fair to your customers or staff to have to eat or work inthat. The food, drinks, and service was still great! Read more
It was ok, BWW is far better quality food. Also shocked that curly fries had no seasoning. There also were no vegetarian... options apart from a few appetizers even though the corporate website advertises them. Read more
It was a good visit to Hooters a few days before Halloween. I don't normally go, but it was a great experience. Ziarrea was... great to us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, personable and awesome. Thank you and keep up the goodwork! Read more
