Somehow i never realized how good the quality/price ratio is with burger king. Mainly for burgers.. not so much the chicken.... Would totally be worth getting more often if the closet one wasn't so far away. Read more
I've always enjoyed chicken fingers at my local Burger King so I thought I would order them here. Never again! They were the... worst...dried up and too tough to chew. Getting off work on may 2nd at 1130 pm I was forced to come here due to Denny's down the street being rude and lazy... The team... made sure I received everything hot fresh and even asked if I was ok waiting 6 mins for everything fresh. While the food wascooking they double checked to see what I wanted on my impossible whopper. The whole crew was friendly nice and made sure I feltimportant. Food was good and fresh, but that's because after 25min I had to ask where it was. I looked at the order screen and my order... was not up there. I patiently waited and after hearing the same girl over and over and over again repeated, sorry we are shortstaffed, I had enough. Once I asked about my order, which someone carelessly tossed away, they made it. Fresh. But that was30min after placing the order. Short staffed was clearly not an excuse as the 2 mobile orders and counter orders and countlessdrive through cars all got their food in a timely manner. No one in the restaurant greeted, nor did they apologize for thismistake. This was not a short staffed issue, it was a competence issue and clearly the person running the front counter has nocustomer service skills. Read more
This is got to be the slowest fast food restaurant I've everbeen to. Coming down the road and pulling in i could see a lady... there at the speaker. Pulled up and sat for about 5 minutes with no one in front of her before they took her order. Ok,whatever.... never been there without either me being told just a moment please or the person in front being told that. Thenpulled ahead to wait for 5-7 minutes at the window.
