I ordered the Greek gyro meal from the drive thru last night. Girl slung the bag with my food in it like they were swamped.... There was only one car behind me. 15 minute drive home to find my gyro was never wrapped up and dumped in the bottom of the bag.I tried calling to be hung up on twice. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have went back. Sad. Was always a nice place to go.Where in the h*** did customer service go at these places. Read more
I am a DoorDash driver and had to make a pickup here a few nights ago. On top of being in the drive-thru line for over 30... minutes because there were only 2 people on staff, the girl working the drive-thru window was clearly unqualified for her job..She was lazy, rude, and very very unintelligent and obviously the reason for the backup. Needless to say, she also got the orderall wrong. Management needs to step things up. I will be avoiding this place like the plague. Read more
