Don't use the app to pickup your orders in-store -- there's a 50/50 chance they keep the lobby locked in the morning.

Went drive thru. Had my dog in the car. They give him a pup cup of whipped cream sometimes if they are not busy.

Dimira the woman that takes your orders here is consistently rude to customers and is so miserable she can barely make the... effort to put your order in correctly. Cross your fingers when you go to pick up your bag because the contents will be dependenton the state of her attitude. Read more

Management decided to close early... Not a huge deal, but rather than alerting me while I waited in the drive through they just... let me sit there. When I pulled up to the window, the 4 people working inside continued to ignore me for another 5 minutesbefore finally telling me they were closed. What a waste of time... Read more

Got time to burn and patience of Job? Then this your Dunkin's. Like being only one of two customers at the counter waiting to... place while listening to drive-thru orders being processed in rapid fire fashion? Then this your Dunkin's. Like being ignoredwhen you're at the front of the register waiting to place a simple order for two plain donuts while everyone else scrambles tokeep the drive-thru line moving? Then this is your Dunkin's. Bottom line: Avoid this location like the plague. Slow, poorservice is the 'house special' here everyday. Read more

It must be really challenging to staff and train younger workers nowadays. I feel old-school saying this, but the work ethic... just isn?t there. Waited in the drive-through line 5 to 10 minutes before placing our order. No courtesy from the order taker inthe drive-through or when picking up beverage and breakfast sandwich. I don?t blame the younger workers, as much as I blamemanagement for not training them to show appreciation for customers. This must be a competitive retail environment. They shouldstep up their game to hire friendly people, and teach them to show appreciation and gratitude for customers who come through. Read more

Clean bathroom, nice location. The have French crullers. Has Tesla superchargers next to it. Great place to plug in because... both the and the passengers can get what the need. Read more
