This place is wild. The interior hasn't seen an update since the early '90s (or so it feels like) with wood paneling... surrounding you in a den-like atmosphere. Food is delicious and very filling. 5/5 score . However, the entertainment value of the chef has gone down a bit 3/5 score. ..... no "egg roll", tossing food into your mouth or into the hat and even the fire volcano was only Ok. But he was a super nice guyand did like to chat with us. So we had decent conversation, just not a show. Also note that the hibachi entree includes rice ORnoodles, not both like in most other restaurants. Read more

Delicious food, excellent service by friendly staff, pleasant, comfortable ambience. In addition to hibachi dining, Matsuya also... offers a regular dining experience and sushi. I can't comment on sushi since I don't eat it. Read more

Very good Sushi and hibachi place, there is wide variety selection of rolls and sushi. Perfect for family and friends gathering... for a lunch or dinner. We're always happily with every meal they have prepared for us, chefs make hibachi absolutely delicious,and of course the deserts, ice cream tempura is our favorite. Read more
