Reviews for Dunkin' in Saddle Brook, NJ
Got two sausage egg and cheese bagels sandwiches today. Drove to the park. The egg patties and sausage patties were both ice... cold for both the sandwiches. They were never microwaved/cooked! Ice cold meat melting on a warm day? That's food poisoning abtto happen. It wasn't busy at all when I got my order (9:45 on a Saturday). I was there when they made it, but didn't notice thesandwiches were not nuked. Don't know if this is a one-off, but I have had wrong orders before. But never uncooked food.Beware. Read more
Long lines, one person working most of the time, messed up orders etc. The worst Dunkin? I?ve ever been to.

Very friendly staff, but there?s usually only 1 or 2 workers during the morning so you have to wait to get your mobile order.... I?ve tried to order 20 mins prior to me even leaving my house and I still have to wait. I feel terrible for the employeesbecause it isn?t there fault their employer isn?t properly staffing. I do give them a lot of credit with how they multi taskduring the morning rush. I do just recommend they staff 3 employees at least for the morning shifts. I?ve been there in theafternoon and it?s empty. Read more
The service here is hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order right, more often then not it's incorrect. Wait times can be... nuts! That said, I'm NOT bashing the baristas. This is a high volume store in need of more workers. I believe the errors arenot because of incompetence but pressure to get people in and out quickly. More staff would go a long way. Regardless, I ama big supporter of small business owners in my community trying to make it work so I continue to support this establishment andam not trying to mess with their ratings, just being honest in my experiences. This Dunkin' was very good when it first opened but has gone downhill very quickly. To be clear, the employees are by and large... very nice and helpful and kind. However, there aren't enough of them working. I have been in here multiple weekends where onlyone person was working during a very busy time. She did her best to keep it all together and was still very polite to everycustomer she helped, but she shouldn't have to be put through that. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and there was still aline behind me and probably 20 pick up orders still to be made. I dont know what happened here but the employees seemed toleave en masse and the ones who are left are facing a huge burden. I went in one weekend in which a man and woman who I *think*were the owners were working because they had no workers. They had no clue how to do anything. They need to hire more people. If employees don't want to stay they need to look at why. Read more
I have to commend the young lady working on oct 3rd on the afternoon shift. she was working by herself and was doing online... orders and in store customers at the same time. I'm a regular customer there she never got flustered during the whole time I wasthere waiting for my order it was super busy and it is totally unacceptable that she would be there to handle this all byherself . the owner needs to have a backup plan I'm sure this is not the way its supposed to be done. once again kudos to theyoung lady today for be a true professional Read more
Efficient, accurate, courteous service. Not much more you can ask for. With some Dunkin locations quickly using quality, this is... a standout. Read more
