They never get my order correct. The staff doesn't seem to care either. Hot chocolate taste like dirty water

Love the owner she is just simply the best! I had an issue with the DD app, called the corporate office like a do-do instead of... just going to her. Well I went to her after corporate told me it would take awhile for them to respond. She fixed my paymentimmediately without issue. Great customer service as always. Only DD I like around here! My friend drove through the driveway to the drive thru and his tire sunk in a hole that they tried to repair. Half of his tire... was covered in 2 inches of tar. (See pic) He called and spoke to the manager (Akrem) and the manager said F you about yourtire. The car shakes with all the tar still stick to the tire. The steering wheel shakes up an down (tire not balanced. The tireneeds to be replaced. So I went down there with my fiend to speak to the manager in person and Wow what a rude guy. Cursing.%??<£¥!?#. Unlike the coffee making and crafting, which seems a bit "eh", the coollata making was flawless. The gentleman blended... strawberry and vanilla with whipped cream on top...just can't top such a treat to beat the heat. Read more
