We decided to order delivery because we weren?t feeling well. The food arrived very cold and the drink was watered down like it... had been sitting out. We didn?t even receive one of the drinks because the driver had dropped it, which we weren?t too upsetabout, just wished we were offered some kind of replacement or refund. After opening up our food, we found that 2 wings werealso missing and the wings were very poorly seasoned. The fried boat felt under filled and we decided to let this slide since weare new to the area and thought maybe the fries were sized differently here. We decided to call the store to mostly explain thatwe were missing multiple items and upon hearing our grievances, the General Manager speaking to us suggested that we come in forour missing items. Unfortunately because we are sick, this wasn?t an option. He refused to offer even an apology, and eventuallyhung up on our call. Incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied that I have to give up saying WingStop is my favorite wingrestaurant after this terrible experience attempting to get some kind of solution for being charged for multiple items notreceived and instead getting terrible customer service from higher level management. The food tasted old. 1st time ordering the new sandwich. The original sandwich tasted old and over cooked. They put pickles on... the wrong sandwich. My bag was not sealed shut. The fries had no seasoning at all. And all cold. Disappointed, they are usuallygood. Read more
This is the absolute WORST wing stop. You end up waiting 30 min for a pre order. The employees are rude. & the order is always... somehow missing something or messed up. Just go the extra mile & go to the one on el Camino. Read more
They don?t like working here and they pass that experience off of the customers. They?ll lie about wait times to get you to not... order, and if you?re unfortunate enough to see them work in person you might just ask for a refund. Read more
This WingStop used to be so much better. My food tonight was cold, fries soggy and tasted saturated in old oil, and WAY overly... seasoned making the wings very salty. The meal deal I got was supposed to come with 2 dips. I choose ranch and bleu cheese butwhen my order was given to me I saw only 1 sauce, it was the ranch. I asked the staff member where the 2nd dip was and sheadmitted they were out of bleu cheese (mind you I didn't even mention it was supposed to be bleu cheese) ...so she knew damnwell they had shorted me a dip that I paid for AND she was the one who handed me my order and didn't even offer an alternative.I ended up having to ask for an additional ranch. Plan to wait 5 minutes per wing plus pay Two dollars for dip. Yes a small one the kind that?s cones free everywhere else?
I don't know if the employee's think it's funny to get orders wrong or what but this should not be happening. Every time we come... to this wingstop there is an issue with our order. We order our food how WE like it. We have to call the store to have them redoour order. We now know that we have to check the food and make sure it is correct before leaving. It is a waste of time oneveryone's part. Will go the extra mile to another wingstop. Read more
This place is terrible a simple order takes forever. I could only take a couple bits of food it was extremely greasy and salt. I... know Wingstop isn't a place for healthy food or anything close to that but when I picked up a piece of chicken grease wasdripping down my hand. Read more
