I give it a one star because there is no option for zero , It took over 30 minutes for us to get our food . Employees completed... our order and placed it on the To Go / Pick up rack vs calling out our name to let us know it was ready. Clearly our receiptstates WALK IN DINE IN , It would?ve been understandable if it would have been a busy night we all make mistakes but it wasslow. Perhaps they need to be more aware of their orders and customer. Read more

Absolute horrible wait time it's ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you call in advance, they still manage to take 45 minutes to... get you your food. The CRAZY part is they say it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. Time management at this location is horrid.Let's NOT forget they FORGOT the Lg ranch that I ordered with my HABANERO wings so my mouth is on FIRE. Read more

Terrible unprofessional nasty food I will never eat at another wing stop after this experience. Waited 45 minutes for my order... my rolls smashed and burnt my frys cold I didn't even bother to check the rest of my order and I should have . I went to get areplacement of frys and rolls he said he didn't have any more rolls he could refund me . So he did . I went to eat the rest ofmy food they gave me someone else's order I took it back they told me another 25 minutes I decided to just do a refund . Heasked for my card slid it and walked away. Another employee asked if he refunded me he said yes I asked if u can get a receiptshe said they don't give a receipt for refunds so for all I know my card was charged again unprofessional disgusting food don'trecommend Read more

Man these people don't know how to handle food. After you handle money you can't just put your raw hands in uncooked chicken.... You have to wash your hands and put gloves on. So I kindly ask can the employee put gloves on before making the food. The ladyis going to say "ha.. he doesn't have to put gloves on with raw chicken" Excuse me lady with handing raw chicken yes u do. Youguys are not at home what do u think this is. This is the first time I ever tried Wingstop with my mom and kids. The food is sooo horrible, very salty and over seasoned. Not... even dipping it in ranch couldn?t help it. Also the Fries looked over cooked and it was very salty as well. My family and Icouldn?t eat it. My poor babies had to chug down water because of how salty the fries were. They love French fries and theywanted to eat the fries but after a couple bites they stopped. What a disappointment it was. I was craving chicken wings andafter seeing the commercial ad on tv. PLEASE REPORT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! 3541 N Freeway Blvd Unit 115 CLOSED! CLOSED! CLOSED! This is by far the worst WINGSTOP ever!... My husband and I placed an order at this location about a week ago and had the worst fast food experience ever! We were greetedby a lovely cashier a regular face we?re use to seeing at this location, shortly after placing our order my husband made achange requesting our food to go. The new manager Alexis rudely informed him that if he didn't have a receipt he would notreceive his order, he then tried to explain that the young lady who took our order said that they?re systems are permanentlyshut down and cannot give any receipts at the time. She then proceeded to the cashier that helped us & began yelling and cursingat the poor young woman for no particular reason besides simply doing her job and informing the customers of what the managerherself said. We couldn?t believe what we had just witnessed so we requested a refund for our order. The manager was once againwas awfully rude stating her name out loud for us, ALEXIS SENEGAL screaming that she was the only manager on shift we couldspeak to at the moment and if we spoke with the owner MICHAEL MORRIS he?d also agree that we wouldn?t receive our refund!
