Listen, my son gets their nuggets all the time, granddaughter loves the lemonade and the female manager is fantastic but... seriously no entrance to the lobby. We were getting food to go anyway but, no menu board before you get to window so you have tomake the person at the speaker wait. Only one window so the same person is taking your money and giving you your food. I'mfeeling like businesses are saying they don't have change because employees don't know how to count back the customers change. Iuse a card but feel cash should be an option. Read more

This is the first time I ate at Wendy's due to my son's positive comments about their food. I like that their menu is posted by... the entrance before you get in line. They have good selections of burgers, chicken sandwich and salads. They have differentkinds of fries too! When we visited the staff who attended us were very helpful and friendly. We got there at the end of the dayso some of their sodas were not available. We did not want to wait for them to refill the station so we just got what'savailable. Their soda station is high tech and they have different flavors such as peach sprite, strawberry sprite, creamy rootbeer, etc. Love it! I will definitely come back here to eat their delicious food! OMG DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! I tried to give them a second chance and they failed. Wrong food, weird taste to the honey... on the chicken biscuit, missing potatoes from one of the combo's but we did receive an extra sandwich that we did not order. Thebest one so far has been the location on Folsom and Power Inn. no more chances. Don't say I didn't warn you. Read more
I ordered some door dash and it got here SUPER FAST ...but food was cold ???? fries , bacon cheese burgers had dark orange... cheese and stale bread chili was watery and had hamburger chunks in it best thing was the sodas . For some reason this Wendy's closes their lobby before 1 p.m. We made it in to grab a quick bite to eat. Ten minutes later all... the lobby's doors are locked. I watch 4 or 5 customers try to get in and had someone finally get the door open by callingWendy's to turn in his application. I checked by the doors to see if there were signs stating the lobby's hours. Nothing wasposted. Read more
Friendly staff taking orders and at the window. Didn't have to ask for napkins or anything it was neatly placed in each meal's... bag along with sauce requested while ordering (nice!). Everything was freshly made and handed out to us quickly. Read more
Nearly fell when entering... there was an oily substance on the floor. Doors were locked so the floor could be mopped. Was a... bit backed up as the drive-thru was busy. Lunch was great with exception of the fries. Read more
