Good pizza. The service can be a bit better with smiles

Just a complete lack of customer service. Extremely rude and unattentive. I ordered a pizza for pick up and was told 30 minutes,... so that is when I showed up. I was met with a very heavy set man at the register that begrudgingly took my money to lay for mypizza. He then just ignored me while I continued to wait for another 30 minutes. I began to see people that came in after mereceive their while pizzas and I wonder where mine is, considering I had now placed the order an hour ago. So I ask the man thatI paid with. Again no sense of customer service, a very rude demeanor. He then turns around and grabs it off of a shelf behindhim. It had been sitting there since I came in. I asked him if it had been the the whole time and he just insisted that I leaveand have a good night. Now I'm at home eating cold pizza and soggy mac and cheese bites. I work in customer service andunderstand that complications can happen, but it seems unacceptable to ignore a customer's concern when they are voicing them toa worker and have witnessed first hand the entire incident. I will not be returning to an establishment that chooses to holdsuch low customer service standards and will be telling anyone that I know to stay away from this place because they don't valuetheir customers. Horrible experience and I wish I could get my money back for the cold soggy pizza that I received Read more

Love that it's late night, so after some bar hopping this place always hits the spot. Don't miss out on their fried Mac and... cheese, probably the best I've had anywhere. Their slices are standard, for what it's worth probably not the best. But thatdoesn't mean it's not some good slice, eat it while it's hot! The ambience is great and parking isn't too bad if it's latenight, even on the weekends. Read more

This place isn't so bad. Got me a slice of cheese pizza it's pretty good the dough is pretty light, the sauce on it didn't seem... like it was much on there it felt like it had 75% cheese and 25% sauce and the pizza is very thin. Also the crust is a littlecrunchy and kinda soft as well. Only thing I didn't like was I wanted to place a phone order so I could just wait at home butthey don't ever answer. The slice of the cheese pizza was under 5 bucks, it's pretty worth it. And they don't take that longeither it felt like less than 10 minutes Read more

I loved their outdoor seating (the neighborhood is full of them at the moment due to covid - I really hope they keep it because... it's wonderful). I got a slice of the tomato and pesto pizza with added Italian sausage. It was a generous portion andsatisfying, perfect if you're hungry but not looking for a full-on meal. I went back to get the house cocktail (whiskey, elderflower liqueur, ginger beer, and a few other things I can't remember) and the garlic fries, which was basically a hill offries with excellent abundance of garlic - great for sharing while chatting with a friend. Everything tasted great, and theoutdoor seating (which takes over a part of the parking lot) was great for a summer evening. Price was very reasonable, roughly$5 for the slice, $6 for the fries, and $8 for the drink. I'd love to come back. Read more

My closest pizza joint to my house and, in my opinion, the BEST anywhere. The lunch special can't be beat, and a special pizza... is included every day. (On my visit it was the "Kahuna" with the requisite Canadian bacon and Hawaiian pineapple!) Salads arealso abundant and good. The outdoor patio is perfect for gorging on pizza, salad and beer in any weather. And as mentioned inseveral previous reviews, the vibe is fantastic and the employees are super. A fun experience, plus a heavenly pizza crust todie for. Read more
