From where I live, this Habit Burger Grill location is about the same distance as the other 2 locations (Howe and Freeport) .... This location is by far the best in customer service. I always order through the app and just pick up my order at the counter.The one at Howe Ave shop have fumbled my order a couple of times, stingy with the condiments and just dry with customer service.This restaurant is always on the money with timeline, the accuracy, the condiments and the genuine customer service touch. Kudosto the team!!! The food quality is superb as always. Burgers, chicken bites, fries, green beans and onion rings are all tastyand fresh!! Price point is excellent considering the inflation. I made an order for pick up for a couple burgers and some sides. The burgers were made exactly as i requested on the app and... taste great. Great customer service when picking up the order as well. The sundae wasn't amazing, but still enjoyable for thesummer day. I'd definitely recommend this place. Read more
This location sucks. Everytime I went here they always mess up my order. The first time they put guacamole in our burgers when... we didn't even ask for it. We got it fixed but it's such a hassle to drive back and forth. This time they added Tomato andlettuce to one of the burgers when I specifically asked not to. My husband is allergic to tomatos so he couldn't eat it. Triedcalling so they can fix the order but can't get ahold of anyone at the location. It routes the call to their call center. Wastedmoney and just threw it out. The habit itself makes really good food but this location don't know how to follow instructions. Delicious, the only complaint i had is all though staff here was working fast & friendly& efficient, it was hard to understand... Mgr is great but spoke Spanish instead of English the whole time & loudly it seemed to be the preferred language here , Iwouldn't mind so much if it wasn't so loud ppl with hearing aids it's over welming & I was with some 1 who wanted to leave asapcuz they were overwhelmed by loudness. We had heard of The Habit, but had never tried them. We had gone out to get fried chicken from a fried chicken place, but... weren't able to get to the other place.As I am a southern boy, I am a fried chicken freak I found that The Habit had a friedchicken sandwich and I decided to get that. It was a huge piece of chicken on a decent sized bun. And fried to perfection. Theyalso had some pretty good onion rings. We have gone back since the first time, and I have also gotten the sweet potatofries. All told, I have thoroughly enjoyed the food. Read more
