I really wish I could say something positive. I was excited about this location opening. My first experience was bad. I let... that go because I saw that the employees were young and probably needed more training. But I've been to this location 2 moretimes and unfortunately neither experience was good. The food is either poorly prepared or I received something I didn't order.Seeing reviews from others only validates the fact that no effort or concern is taking here. I don?t normally write reviews for fast food places but I had to to for this one. I?ve tried this Taco Bell three times before I... probably thought I had a bad experience and it would be better next time but nope. I tried it for lunch one day using their app.I like using the app because I get to pick what I want on the items. I ordered two burritos and two crunchy tacos. When I openmy bag all I had was one taco and one Chalupa. They had gave me someone else?s order. Another time I ordered lunch but I decidedto dine in. I ordered two bean burritos with no onion. When I receive my food I took a bite and both of the burritos had onion.I previously had it yesterday for breakfast. I ended up placing a mobile order. On that I asked for eight fire sauces. With myorder I also had an iced coffee. I get to the drive-through window and said My name and that I had mobile order. He tells me todrive to the window. He gives me my bag and the ice coffee. The ice coffee was warm! Apart from that there was no ice. Isn?t itcalled an iced coffee for a reason? I kindly asked him for a cup of ice because my ice coffee was warm and had no ice. Thegentleman immediately made a face at me and then gave me my eyes and said nothing. Once I open up my bag they gave me no napkinsand no sauce when I clearly asked for sauce. I've given this place numerous chances since opening. I love taco bell but at this location in particular, you are lucky if a... basic crunchy taco comes out normally. The orders are usually falling apart or just poorly made with missing ingredients. Theline alway extraordinarily slow even with just a couple people in line. Not worth it. Go to the next closest one. I ordered a bean cheese and rice burrito. There was no rice in my burrito it was just bean and cheese. I also ordered a freeze... and they gave me no straw. They don?t ask if you want sauce and they don?t provide napkins. They don?t greet you properlyeither. I love Taco Bell but I?m sorry one of the worst ones to go to. Also not a fast working environment. We be standing inline forever to get our food. Even though this one is the closest to me, I prefer to go to the north gate one. Much betterservice, much faster. They were kind of slow. We had to wait a minute before they even took our order. Then had to wait at the window even though no... one was in front of us anymore. But I imagine that they, like everywhere else, are understaffed so I don't hold it againstthem. The speaker may be damaged because the girl at the window had a hard time hearing me and I had to repeat my order twice.This is odd because the restaurant is relatively new. I highly disappointed, I was looking forward to trying this new location and the Mexican pizza but the Mexican pizza wasn?t that... great it was totally old you can tell the oil was old and overall the experience wasn?t that great. They didn?t accept card dueto the card machine being down had to use cash. Honestly this place needs help already. I was sad after eating nothing of myfood. Not going back to this location.
