Was stuck in their drive thru for at least 15-20 min. Then I discovered my three crunchy tacos all had stale shells! Will never... return to this location again. When I tried to call the only phone number listed for this location I was met with a screechingfax machine sound. Zero stars should be an option. Read more

Me and my brother went after the gym (1:40ish )to get some Taco Bell since it was the only place open at the time when we... checked online.(we drove about 3 miles to get there) we arrived and I had seen the OPEN lights on ,and we were asked what wewould like. We asked for a moment then when we were ready to order they had told us they were closed. Keep in mind it was not3am ,the time they claim to close at, and well we had no other option then to leave and go home on an empty stomach. If theyclose at 3 then store hours should say 8-2 for Thursday so people don?t go with high hopes and get told they are closed or showup to an empty building. Read more

UPDATE: TOOK THEM 25 DAYS TO CONTACT ME THRU EMAIL FOR MORE INFO ABOUT MY ORDER. TOOK THEM A TOTAL OVER A MONTH FROM MY ORIGINAL... ORDER TO MONTH TO RETURN MY MONEY. I ordered food at the the Folsom Blvd location. I went to pick up good thru drive thru andthe location was closed due to emergency. I never got food yet i paid for it online. I contacted employee there the next day onphone. I was told i should get a refund if i clicked refund in account but i could not find that. Told they can't refund me atlocation. I left messages in the contacr for help and no responses back. I can't trust my money to a location if I can not getmy food from it and the online app should stop letting orders go thru if they are closed. It's very unprofessional to notcontact customers back and I felt very ripped off that I paid for food I never received. Makes me feel bad and not trust totreat myself to take out ever. Would like my money back before I have to take futher actions. Read more

Everything went well, service was fast, food was good, my only constructive comment is to NOT WASTE hot sauces. I ordered 1 two... item meal and received 20 packets and used 3. Management, your people are throwing money out the drive through window. Read more
