Terrible customer service, and consistent at that too. Over the last two visits, service was unbelievably sub standard; on the... first visit, the restaurant had an open sign, but the only person at the drive through window indicated he could not provideservice as he was the only one there. Was disappointed the food was well put together together but I went through the drive-through and I didn't get part of my order.... I did call and they told me if I came back they would give me what was missing a couple of tacos and a drink which would havemade up for that I did call and they told me if I came back they would give me what was missing a couple of tacos and a drinkwhich would have made up for that. However when I got home from that there was still a quesadilla missing. I tried to call themagain they didn't answer. And now the phone stays busy. So my advice is to check your whole order before you leave. Oh and bythe time I got to eat my food was cold and soggy. Read more
Ordered from them 3 separate times over 2 months and they never put the ORDERED SAUCE PACKETS in the bag, call to let them know,... the manager blames Doordash and say Doordash will give our money back for the orders they keep messing up. Same mistakes overand over by the same store isnt doordashs fault. Read more
8-25-22: 1. One person ahead of me in the drive-thru nobody behind me. 2. First employee started to take my order but did not... complete it. Not sure what was going on inside. 3. After about 2 minutes Second employee started to take my order but could notcomplete it 4 After about another 2 mimutes Third employee took my order, would have left but co I lent back up 5. When I got tothe window it was not what I order 6. Employee argued with me about what I ordered, 7 Would have give them their food back buthad 3 hungry kids with me. Don't waste your time or money. We stopped here for a late lunch and this is the worst run taco bell I've ever been in. The... facility: the dining area is empty but everything is slightly sticky and dirty. You stick to the floor with every step as youwalk up to order. Is there someone there to take your order? No. You aggressively told to order at the kiosk. When anothercustomer asked they were pretty much yelled at to use the kiosk and not to bother them they're busy "look at the screen thoseare all orders we're busy" The bathrooms were "out of order" except for employees. And it took over 20 minutes to get ourorder. When our order was ready and called I went to pick it up and wanted hot and fire sauce. The employee walked away andacted exasperated to have to add anything to the bag. They forgot the srink and that was more exasperation. Will definitely notbe coming back to the drive thru or dine in. Went this morning. It was 6:40 am, the restaurant says it opens at 6. I waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker, no... answer. I pulled forward, and parked in the drive through to get someone's attention. There was 2 employees inside, one wascleaning while the other one was nowhere in sight. The gentleman cleaning told me they were still performing opening proceduresand that they aren't serving food yet. I asked them why that was and the gentleman simply said, "We aren't open yet." He refusedto help me. I don't want to sound like a mean person but if you're not ready to serve food, you can at least put a sign on thedrive through window/speaker stating that you're not taking orders yet. I had 4 cars behind me, and they were all upset aswell. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and while I understand there may be staff shortages everywhere, a little bit ofcommunication goes a long way. I asked for bean burritos with extra red sauce and extra onions. The first 3/4 of the burrito had nothing but beans and the last... quarter of the burrito was only red sauce, onions, and cheese, there was no beans. This is the nastiest made burrito from TacoBell I?ve ever had. Plus the beans kind of tasted like fish which was so weird to me. I won?t be eating the rest of my burritosI ordered. Read more
