The tacos I ordered, all 3 were barely 1/2 full, - including- the lettuce. The grilled cheese burrito had almost 1/2 of the... entire cheese portion within about 3 bites. The staff just likes to stand around and take their sweet time they give attitude when u need something. Its just horrible... customer service all together, need to fire everyone and get new employees ASAP. Read more
I only use the drive-thru. I have never been inside. Sometimes the drive thru is slower than typical taco bell locations IMO.... super slow around the noon lunch hour. because of this notable slowness I downgraded to 4 stars. otherwise so far they havealways gotten my order correct and I can tell they my food was made to order. I am so disappointed to say the least! I?ve gone multiple times at night after work and the quality of the food is off every... single time. If I ask for no onion in my burrito I expect no onion only to get home with half a burrito full of onion almostevery time! Tonight I got a crunchy taco and got home literally right down the street to an overwhelmingly soggy taco, it waslike it sat out all night and then was microwaved or the shell was dropped in hot water and then they continued to stuff it andserve it. I literally threw our whole bag of food away it was disgusting and non edible!! Every time my family and I getsomething here especially night time the food is either crushed, thrown in there sloppy, or not what we ordered. The attitude ofthe workers as well is not friendly at all, no have a good night or here?s your food , just shoves the bag out the window andslams the window shut as soon as you grab it. Ordered some tacos in the drove thru and when we opened all of the 4 tacos, it was like someone had made the tacos, wrapped... them in paper and then smashed them with a fist on the counter. We had already left the area and didn't want to go back tocomplain. Clearly the staff is mad!!! Read more

Just ordered here through drive through. I ordered 2 7 layer veggie burritos but instead I got 2 7 layer nacho fries. Went in to... ask for the right order and they gave me attitude and the manager yelled at the coworkers calling them names. Very toxicsounding workplace. Not only did they give me attitude but they just packed the 7 layer fries into tortillas and called it that.There were no veggies in the burrito and it was mostly nacho fries. Like who does that? I ordered this because I wanted what Iordered. I can?t believe I paid money for a fry filled burrito instead of the healthier veggie burrito I asked for. Read more
