If I was in their shoes I would have hated me but the lunch rush crew here on 10/10/22 were truly fantastic! I had about 7... orders that my whole office placed online and despite the busyness they took my note with the order numbers and matched themwith their system and I was out of there really quick! Meanwhile plenty of other people were doing drive throughs and the storehad a dozen people in it but no issues and I am truly grateful. Read more
Every time I come to this Bradshaw location they always mess my order up. I get back home with my food I ordered and now... wondering why would my tacos look so sad. Where is the lettuce? I had to add my own cheese also. They may need to hire morepeople. Or I may need to drive to a different location. Read more
I think I?ve given this t-bell too many chances. From the drive through taking an hour to get through and them forgetting or... messing up items every single time. Tonight in the drive through I said I wanted three potato soft tacos. He put in three beefsoft tacos and added potatoes, which was twice the price. I corrected him and he said ?yeah it has potatoes?. Then a chick cameon the speaker and said ?you want the spicy potato soft tacos?? I said yes and then the dude goes ?how am I supposed to knowwhat you want if you don?t say it??. Lmao. Okay bro. I am like the staff at this Taco Bell, they understand when I say put as many sauces in the bag as you can I mean I want 10 to... 12 packets of sauce. I like my burrito as wet as can be. That means a minimum of 10. When I got my bag of food and the girlhanded me an extra small bag filled with the breakfast salsas, I was elated. You made my day sweetest of sweet things!!!! Read more
Usually I'd give a five star rating to Taco Bell, but in this case I believe it's just the location. They seemed to be... under-staffed, and clearly frustrated that night. They also had a mini rush going on when I pulled into the drive thru, mind youI'm not complaining about the time it took to order and receive my food. I ordered the only box available, along with two fivelayer burritos, and two beefy melt burritos. When I got home I realized that I did in fact have the exact amount of food itemsthat were ordered, but not the exact order. I was missing the second beefy melt. The other problem was in the making, andwrapping of food. Everything was thrown together haphazardly, the chicken soft taco that came in the box had so much lettuce,tomatoes, and sauce, that the tortilla was soggy. My chalupa had the same problem, and to top it all off, when I went for theburrito, it completely fell apart. This is the first time I've encountered this problem with the Taco Bell on Bradshaw. Was the drive thru fast even though there was no one in front of us? No. But did we get everything we ordered? Also no. Was... everything we got correct at least? Another no. I'll be driving a few miles out of my way to eat at a more reliable Taco Bell inthe future. Read more
Words really can't explain how disappointed I am right now I'm not even angry because once I realized what tabobell I ordered... from everything made complete sense it was an accident I ordered From this tacobell but I ordered everything veggie and Iordered the "VEGGIE MEXICAN PIZZA" and whoever was working the line and was at the steaming section around 11-11:30 pm I canguarantee you will be fired sooner or later because this is not acceptable AT ALL this tacobell needs to get SHUT DOWN BUT ASYOU CAN SEE BELOW SOMEONE PURPOSELY PUT BEEF AND HALF BEAN ON THE MEXICAN PIZZA I DID NOT LEAVE ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS ON MYORDER ABOUT THIS ALSO I DID NOT ADD BEEF I MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT BEFORE I CLICKED PLACE ORDER this is CRAZY THE OTHER 2items were completely cold this is disgusting I will be heading to the corporate office myself and making sure this is addressedproperly whoever is the GM for the shift is obviously not aware of this activity or is oblivious.
