Friendly staff made us stop by here. When we pass this place, a staff was nice and explained the restaurant well. We had... scallops, birria style beef short rib and some desserts. Scallops are top notch! It grilled very perfect. I tried a lot ofrestaurants and I can tell this place know how to cook the scallops.They went well with the dressing they served with. Withtheir summer cocktail I got impressed. For the beef short rib, it?s very soft so it just spreads in the mouth with the cheese. I also had carrot cake and crème?s brûlée. Crème brûlée is covered with sugar coating crust. Once you break it, thechocolate moose are there. Since the sugar coating is pretty sweet, the chocolate moose part is not too sweet which is greatcombination. Carrot cake sheets are moisture with syrup. All the staff are very nice and attentive. Excellent dinner. A few tables for outside dining on a street a bit quieter than the main drags in Sacramento. Nothing super... exotic, but everything had nice flavors with nothing overpowering. Parking was available nearby, about a one block walk. Betterthan average in Midtown. If you get dessert, the salted caramel sauce is amazing! Read more

Me and my family were in town from New Mexico for a local event. We were walking by and some of the employees were outside... setting up. The employees stopped us and asked us how we are and started a conversation. They asked us if we were hungry andinvited us in, to be honest we were not looking for a place to sit down and eat, more looking for fast food. We were veryunderdress for the place but the staff still treated with the up most respect. Over all the service was one of the top I haveever had, from the soup to the steak, and the dessert. I love the atmosphere, the location, the staff, the conversations theyhad with us. If I could rate this place with more stars I would, overall best food I had and I traveled over this wholecountry... if we are ever in the area again this will be the first place we will go. This place was so yummy! A small snug restaurant- make reservations. They have a long wine menu as well as a few other... beverages. The food it self was really tasty! They also have a restaurant dog named Prince who is the cutest beagle! Highlyrecommend Read more
We had the best dinner here this evening, celebrated 20 years with my honey! The roasted chicken and schnitzel were the best... we?ve ever had at a restaurant, appetizers and dessert were perfect as well. Sarah, our waitress, was very helpful in ourchoices and attentive as well. Wine selection was very good, and the resident pup prince was a very well behaved ambassador.
