Ordering a sandwich and the lady immediately asked if I was paying with ebt. Said no, don't even know why thats a thing. But... after making it, she went straight to the next person and didn't ask them. Asked why didn't she ask him the same question, andthere was no answer. Bad customer service, the guy literally made my sandwich messy, he was just carelessly throwing everything on my food it looks... nasty. I will never go here again. He got an attitude because I said I didn't want the sandwich toasted. Very rude, and thentalked to another employee in his language and they kept laughing. To the gentleman who worked on 01/03/2020 (the closer) i was very disappointed walking up to your door and being refused service... before your posted time of close. I come here all of the time and always satisfy with their customer service, but I have a huge issue with their staff not fixing... the cash register. I've waited almost a half an hour before I can make my order until the sandwich artists told me at the lastsecond the card machine was broken. I would have understood the first time, but this has happen many times in God knows how manyyears. Not only that, but the artists always have trouble using the cash register, which makes the wait even longer.I even toldthe manager a few times to get it fix and to tell them to train their staff properly. It's become apparent that they don't careabout that issue. I know it's not a huge issue, but at the same time, it's an easy fix. Subway has great subs, wraps, soups, and cookies on the menu and you can add extras to any them. New owners, but they're... learning fast as they do have someone hired from corporate to help out for a while. Read more

I used to love this subway I would eat here maybe 3 times a week. but now when I go my sandwiches are always soggy, and slapped... together. And I know it's supposed to be quick but you can at least stack the meat so it's not falling out every where. There'swas one person there who seemed like she enjoyed the customer service aspect of things but now she's gone and when I go in I getmet with rolled eyes, and smacked lips when I have *special orders, or rushed along even if I'm the only one in line.. theservice I've received here used to be good but now. I can't say too many good things, other than it's just another subway, youget what you pay for. Read more
