Walked in & asked the old lady with short gray hair if I can order the "Any footlong 5.99" deal & she said there is no 5.99... deal. I then said it's in the app & she said "then do it there." I sat down & placed my order & the young guy making sandwichessaid to his boss (old lady with short grey hair) "I think this order that just came in is his." I dont think the lady thought Iwas listening but she quietly said "5.99 wont make me money, he can wait." Then I watched approximately 8-10 people walk in, 1to 2 at a time over the course of 10 minutes & all were served & left. I then looked at the lady & she walked over to heremployee & said something & he nodded. Then another lady walked in & took 2 minutes looking at the menu, ordered & was served.After a total of 16 minutes the lady said "is your app not working?" & then I showed her & it still said "preparing" & the youngguy said "it's his the one you put behind you." I felt extremely disrespected & doubt I'll ever return to Subway at all. Read more

Terrible service. Lazy staff. Ordered a Turkey sando with extra bacon. She asked, "4 pieces? Yes." Get to my room. NO bacon. It... is over 100° and smokey here, but zero bacon? So I try to call to ask them to prepare the sandwich I ordered. No one answers.I let it ring until I was cut off. I called again. They weren't supposed to close until 3. I called again Nada. So I am reallyirritated. I walk a block, cross a street and the two employees are sitting together at a table talking! Claim not to haveheard phone. 30 minutes until closing. There are 2 great places next door. Go to one of them! Read more

Really bad experience. Placed an online pick-up order. And I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my order. Two people showed after... me got to the counter placed and order and got their first. Whathe point to place an on-line order? Read more

Bright and clean location, this store has just reopened under new management as of September 2019. I highly recommend this... location if you are into Subway, they have some amazing deals and with such a slick new space it's a whole new experience! Read more

Breakfast sandwich was good but i felt like i was an inconvenience to the guy making it. Place was not busy at all, no line.... Wasn?t very welcoming which was a letdown. I?m a regular Subway customer but my first time at this location. Probably wont comeback. Read more

Had the worst customer service. The tall woman, was very disrespectful, pushy, and inpatient. Under portioning the food and... when you ask her she gives an attitude. I told her I didn't mind paying extra & she still told me I can only have a little bitmore..then she proceeded to tell me, "do you want it or not?" I Canceled my whole order and walked to the other Subway on K st.What a difference. It's not just about giving good customer service, but showing respect to people, specially when your businessdepends on them. Read more

We went here yesterday to eat while we were in town for my daughter's cheer competition. The first lady behind the counter... cutting the bread was very rude and trying to tell me what kind of sauce I had to have on my sandwich. She put the wrong sauceon after I told her sweet onion. She asked if i wanted the meat warmed up I said yes, but please dont toast it. She toasted itanyway. Then bickered with me saying the sandwich come with teriyaki not sweet onion. When I asked her to make it correctly sherolled her eyes and started talking negative about me with the girl next to her. Then went on to tell me let me explain this youto, the sandwich you ordered has teriyaki on it not sweet onion if you want sweet on you must ask for it and it's a secondsauce. The second girl with short hair wasn't much better, was also very rude but at least put to correct toppings on. Thecashier was cold didn't asked if the was anything else we wanted, we had to ask. We will never go back to this subway ever thestaff is down right rude and disrespectful. I'm amazed that subway would allow rude people like this to work in therelocations. Management and locations owners need to step up your customers service, remember we the CUSTOMERS are the reason youare open. Without customers your doors will close and your employees will need to find employment elsewhere. Lastly thislocation wasn't busy when we walked in we were second in line and order 4 6in sandwiches. At least the subway's we go to backhome are nice, clean, respectful, and welcoming. Amazing job to the Reno Nevada locations! Read more
