This place is always closed at or before 8:00 pm even though the website says they don't close until 9:00. Would not refund us... order placed online, but we couldn't pick our food up because they were closed. Read more

Came to order 2 sandwiches today and And the young girl working through my sandwiches away and said no one will help me because... she took the meat oil and pour it on my bread and took the tomatoes and put it on the bread before putting any other Ingredients she was acting like a child if you don't know how to work and make a sandwich then you shouldn't work at Subway atSubway I've been coming to Subway for years Especially this one because it's close to my house and she was rude someone else hadto make my sandwich the manager needs to run run the camera back so so he can see what took place with the young girl with the 2tones long Fingernails I will be report her to the owner 1st thing in the morning Read more

Horrible experience multiple times. They have had a broken scanner for over a year it's obvious the owner doesn't want it to... work to receive more cash payments and they just threw our sandwiches away because their system wasn't working after we justpurchased a $15 gift card, sat in the store having to activate it only for their system to say its not activated when we showedthem it's on our app but also saying the brand new card is empty. Usually the manager at that store takes care of us causethey've had problems with gift cards in the past and knows it's not any wrong doing of the customer but this is ridiculous itkeeps happening over the course of years my family Usually gives out hundreds In subway gift cards throughout the year forbirthdays and holidays but our entire family will no longer spend a buck with subway let alone our household won't be doingbusiness with this store anymore. What a waste of product and then losing local customers plus the online support says won't letus make a complaint it's saying enter entire card code but then says it can only take last 4 digits and neither is working whata garbage system this corporation is running what is wrong with this company. Nice people but please pay attention to instructions? It?s rare that a subway ever gets my pickup order right when all I order... is one sandwich so I started adding to the instructions ?please make sure everything is correct on sandwich thank you? longstory short I did not ask for my sandwich toasted because I had avocado on it but they did toast it so now I?m eating warm slimyavocado and burnt bread. The customer service was so bad omg never gonna go there back one qnd last I was standing there for 5 min and there was no... customer over there and the guy told me to wait for because he was arranging bread. What ?? Take the customer 1st and then dowhat you want to do man. The management should take some action on it . The customer service is 0 over there . When I open mysandwich is was not upto what I want he wrapped it so bad everything was out and the didn't do it properly. Horrible place Read more

First off, this is my second time ordering online through the subway website. Both times I've been called by the subway and... given an excuse as to why they canceled my order. First time they said they closed early becuase of a 'suspicious individual'and the second time because they 'ran out of bread' What kind of subway, let alone any sandwich shop runs out of bread?? Notonly do I think management is incompetent, but they simply do not care. This is reflected by the poor quality sadwiches (yesthats on purpose) they make. They ignored the specific instructions I asked for individual sandwiches and made them completelyidentical anyway. when I said my father didn't want banana peppers, the employees were too lazy and didn't care enough and putthem on anyway. Thankfully he isn't allergic to it or anything or else there would have been some real trouble. Honestly.Either shut this place down, or get new management and employees, otherwise, I don't see this one lasting much longerconsidering how many other 1 star reviews there are of this place. Edit: I came once again on Aug 26th 2021. 8pm and they haveonce again closed early. Read more
