I went to this location for a sandwich on a Thursday at 8:26 P.M. The rude guy working proceeded to tell me without making eye... contact and as if he really didn?t care, that they were closed. I asked if he was joking and again without looking up, he saidno we?re closed, I just forgot to turn off the ?open? sign. Mind you the sign on the door said they close at 9:00 P.M., same aslisted on here. Rudest interaction I have ever had and will never give my business to this Subway location again. I pre order my meal 30 min ahead of time yet I had to wait after two people who the person making the sandwiches states they... came in first. So what I'm understand is they have been waiting for 30 mins to get their sandwiches. Now I only have so muchtime to retrieve my sandwiches. I think it was rude and disrespectful to not only state he must help wh cam first but proceededto make another customer sandwich even though my order came in before. They are always so cordial and helpful. Every customer service representative and management alike. Quality sandwiches Mads... fresh to order. I didn't read the fine print and while in store I saw I had to order online. Very aggressive guy, since i got there he was rude and when i told him i would like to have five sandwiches he got mad and... started throwing the vegetables covers and preparing the sandwiches aggressively finally he punched the tools door.
