Worst customer service and food I've experienced from a Subway in a while. For starters I ordered through the app. Was told my... order was being delivered through DoorDash, said I would receive a tracking link with my order never received it, an hour goesby still no food. Gave them a call they said my order had been picked up if i have no tracking # they cant help me. They refusedto let me speak to the mngr said he would call me back in 5 minutes I never received a call. I finally receive my food an hourand a half later but it was delivered to my house (never got a knock on the door) was never notified it was delivered oranything. i get my food and the bacon was raw, they were all hot even though they were supposed to be cold sandwiches. Will not return. I don't appreciate being lied to. I come to this Subway every Saturday around 7:30pm and for the last few... months the sign on the restroom door says "out of order" So 2 weeks ago I said to the young man behind the counter that I onlyhave 10 minutes and didn't have time to go across the parking lot to the Walgreens restroom and come back to order asandwich. He said the sign was false and he gave me the key to use the restroom. Today a lady was behind the counter and I askedher to use the restroom before I order and she told me the lie that's out of order . I told her the you man the week beforeallowed me to use it and also if the restroom was broken, where'd the heck are the employees using the restroom? ???? Iunderstand that's not free to flush a toilet and that instead of lying that the restroom is broke, they can have a sign saying"restroom for customers only" Read more
