A few of the baristas here are good but it?s the ones who answer their phone in the middle of your order for a personal call or... the ones who give their friends free stuff in front of you and gossip about other customers that really make it unenjoyable andawkward to come here. There is a gentle man that works behind the counter (not sure his name) but he is younger and has braceswho is really good with customers and I witnessed him Handles a couple of a very rude customers with such professionalism andremained calm cool and collected and the drinks he makes are always perfect. I went in looking for a specific set of cups. I asked if they had some and the lady said they do in the back. I asked if I could... get one and she informed me she would be going back there later. It was 7 in the morning, I didn't have time to wait around foryou to go back later. I get that you were putting packaged blueberry muffins in the drawer.. but I didn't have all morning foryou to finish doing something your fully capable to do after you have helped me. I was greeted by Belinda and Shy which my thoughts was Be Linda and Shy I was that day. Their team work was excellent and loved... the art work too. Some day they might consider my Artwork. I was prepared for a child needed something to do while her dad wasbusy. I had some crayons and post it paper. She did great! I had some toys but she was more interested with what she was doing.I like going to Starbucks. If one day my dreams come true. I have great ideas ????????????????????! Read more
Usually has my mobile order ready when I arrive. Baristas try to call me by name, and if I arrive before my order is ready, they... hand deliver it to me. Occasionally so busy, there is nowhere to sit. Occasionally have to ask them to adjust my order. But ingeneral, a pleasant, local place to go for coffee, tea, and a few minutes of quiet. Read more
Usually very busy with people needing that first shot of caffeine in the morning. Drive thru is packed but moves right along.... These baristas move! Inside the store there are always those tempting baked goods. The line may slow down but doesn't oftenstop. Every kind of coffee, with or without extras, including a couple shots of espresso to really open your eyes. It's a greatplace to start the day or to relax into the night. Been coming here for years as they are the only ones who were willing to make my drink at the time and are still willing to do... so today even though many of the names and faces have changed Ash, Hannah, Ashley, and Andrea are the only remaining or longstanding employees. This is a convenient location for a Starbucks, to get a coffee while grocery shopping. The baristas were friendly and I couldn't... believe how quickly they made my drink! For someone who wants to have the sit-down Starbucks experience, the grocery storeactually has a few tables to sit down at, cafeteria-style, so go grab a delicious samosa from the deli to go with your coffee.
