Daniel was Super Rude, Firstly went through drive thru and got the wrong drink. Went in the lobby and the lady standing there... didn?t even acknowledge me standing at the counter. Daniel steps out and rudely says ?Lobby is closed I can?t help you?. I saidI got a wrong order and if the lobby is closed than why the door is open. I have been standing here for 5 mins the ladystanding at the counter didn?t even say anything. Daniel said it?s only 2 mins and he can?t help just go through the drive thru.I won?t be upset if the employees would have been nicer. looks like customer service is not a Starbucks motto. My mother went to this Starbucks drive thru. She had trouble speaking English and wanted a Spanish speaker. The store manger... Sunshine. Denied her request and mother over heard, ?no she can try to say it. She need to learn?. When she drove up to thewindow. She saw several Spanish speakers in the store. When my mother came home and told me she felt so humiliated andembarrassed. I called corporate and made a complaint. They told me that they would handle it and call me back. I have showed up to this Starcucks many times and it has been going down hill. I have tried to go in the store multiple times... and it's been closed but at least with a note saying temporarily closed. Normally the drive through lane is wrapped around thebuilding so if you wanted to stop, it's not going to be fast. This morning I showed up to one car in the drive through and nonotes on the door with an employee at the counter. The store hour sign says open at 5am and it's now 530am but the door islocked. I knocked on the door and the employee would look up and then back down not saying closed, open, drive though only,nothing. Just ignored me.! Had a one in a life time experience at this little place. It was my birthday today, and day got chaotic. Last thing on my mind... was Starbucks, well my sister works near by and I went to pick her up and while I was waiting for her I logged into my Starbucksaccount and seen that I have a free drink. Starbucks was close and crew were cleaning up and if I was them I wouldn't even talkto anyone. Melanie a sweet working girl working there listened to me and I was able to redeem my free drink.
