I was staying at a hotel nearby on vacation and decided to wait for an Uber at this Starbucks. Me and my friend bought coffee... and tipped very generously and then afterwards the lady was incredibly rude and told me I am not allowed to be in the buildingOR on the patio with my duffel bag. Wish they would have said something prior to us spending money in this establishment. Wewill never be back again, and I feel incredibly disrespected. Read more
Ordered a decaf coffee at 7.30am at a not too busy store (handful of customers in the store, no line at the register, two cars... in the drive thru). They wanted to sell me a decaf Americano instead, which tastes awful. I asked whether they could do a pourover and immediately got the stink eye. 15 minutes later I nicely asked about the status of the coffee - still working on it(read: I forgot). 1 minute later: coffee is ready - except this is an Americano. Same horrible burned taste like theirAmericanos all have (and the decaf has the worst taste). It reflects so bad at a cafe and company when you can buy all thesugary, whip creamy, syrupy, matcha lattes you want but when someone asks for a classic coffee (pour over), i.e. the thing theyostensibly known for, you are treated like you are a totally unreasonably demanding customer. You can buy drinks here but it's not a good idea to sit inside it just makes me feel gross. Just dirty
Garbage service from the dude running the cash register, asked his coworker after 10 minutes of standing around "aye you guys... need help?" 17 minutes later finally recieved my order. 30 minutes for ice coffee, what a joke, the pool of people to hire mustbe very limited to slower people that normally wouldn't be hired if skilled people wanted to work for pennies. Homeboy taking orders was very unprofessional. He had to ask his coworkers if they needed help. Duhh bro they need your help its... taking half hour to get a iced. Offee! Took a hole half hour to get a cold brew. Read more
Unsanitary Starbuck employee - caucasian Male mid 30s 180lbs+ With facial hair put His Bare Hands on My Bagel this Morning. WTH... man I was disgusted but I was in a hurry to leave already. ( General manager!! ) make sure these people don?t touch Our foodwith there Bare Hands and Ack like nothing happened. Unprofessional and unsanitary especially during Covid. Today my experience was not so great at this location. It started off well, my order was correct, my interaction with the first... cashier was fine, the 2nd cashier may have been in a rush, she ruined my experience. For some reason I was unable to load fundsto my app using a card I've used in the past and the whole transaction was taking way longer than it had to since she had toprove her point. She had my card and my Starbucks gift card asking me which one did I want to use. At that point it didn'tmatter I just didn't want to be late for work. I've been to that location a few times and never had a problem, deciding if Iwill return. After all the scanning that was done, I don't think it applied to my stars for the challenges. Read more
