My kids wanted strawberry banana, so I ordered one. It only came in one size. They didn't have banana, so I said just strawberry... is fine. They made it and this is how much I got. I thought it was supposed to be full. Read more
Tiny little Starbucks that is only 1 block from the one located in the convention center. This one is the way to go because the... other line was ridiculous. For a tiny space this Starbucks still has a bit of seating area. There is seating outside too but itwas pouring rain. No drive through. Read more
Yesterday morning about 7:40 I went to this location to get a medicine ball tea and banana from Starbucks. I got into my... coworkers car in which we pull off driving not even a minute down the street and the lid to my tea flew off and hot boiling teawent on my leg burning me horribly. The top wasn?t put on all the way. I screamed so loudly my coworker almost crashed the car.My leg immediately was Scorching red and burning. I?m currently here from San Diego for work and I didn?t have any clothes onhand to change into. My leg was now wet and burning for about three hours with wet pants sticking to it. My leg is still red andnow sore to the touch as I type this. The employees at this location was careless and didn?t secure the top. They were behindthe counter chit chatting and laughing about God knows what. That?s what upset me even more because this mistake could?ve beenavoided if they took the two seconds to double check the seal instead of chatting. The store wasn?t busy it was about 4 of us inthere so rushing couldn?t have been an excuse not to make sure the lid was secured. I?m super disappointed and the discomfortand pain from it was and still is horrible. Even with the aloe Vera gel I had to run and purchase causing me to be late for myoriginal meeting. Im beyond frustrated and upset with the situation i don?t know what will happen with this burn on my leg orit?s healing but Starbucks needs to have a customer Safety training at this location to assure this doesn?t happen again..nexttime it could be on someone?s infant child or elderly parents.
