It's a Starbucks, but I didn't go in for the coffee or snacks. I needed a restroom, I was just at the Sonic across the parking... lot, eating, but they were closed to patrons inside, and so was their restroom. Thankfully Starbucks saved the day, openrestroom, no purchase policy. Actually this was one of the nicest Starbucks I've been to. Multiple types of seating, veryspacious, and staff was very nice. I still bought a drink out of respect even though I didn't need one. I was surprised theyweren't more busy, they had their drive-thru closed at the time, maybe the remote location, but beautiful place to hangout,really! Read more

I've been here several times. It is a large Starbucks with nice outdoor seating. The problem is it takes a very long time to get... drinks. You may be the only person inside but you'll still wait 10 minutes for your basic iced coffee. They seemingly prioritizedrive-thru and app orders? The customer service and professionalism is sub-par compared to other Starbucks in the vicinity. Thefrequently fail to provide you straws, stirrers, sugars, etc. and almost never announce when your order is ready. Foodstuffslike breakfast sandwiches lay on the counter without an order label. We waited in line for 20min. When we got up to order they told us their machines were down and could only take cash. I do not... carry cash so we set in line for another 10 mins to just leave. We suggested they put a sign out on the board where they statedthey were out of trays, large cups and pumpkin spice so others wouldn't need to wait 30mins when they don't have cash on themeither and the girl at the window was rude with her answer. Every time I come here it is always exemplary service. Great coffee, great management, friendly staff. Wide selection of coffee... and grab and go food. Try it almond croissant, espresso, or Caffe latte. Right off of I-5 on the southern edge of Sacramento,near the water tower. Read more
