Our first time at this store it busy with a lot of students. As I am not from the US my mobile app doesn't work. My order was... processed very quickly though so quite impressed hence 3 stars. Next day, different staff service was not up to usual Starbucksstandards. There was no one before me in line yet the staff member did not take my order. There were 4 people working yet Istood there waiting for someone to take my order. It was just two drip coffees. Yet it was not processed. It was given to thelone barista to process who was making speciality drinks. When I finally got my order my coffee was incorrect. Twice! I took itback and was served the wrong coffee. Had to try it again. And by the way, a splash of milk is a small amount not a hugedollop! Doesnt make me want to come back. Read more

I don?t know if there?s a shortage of sugar or sweetener but no matter how specific I am about wanting my drink sweet they NEVER... PUT SUGAR IN IT. Another thing is if I pay an additional 50 or 75 cents (depending on who?s at the register) please put sweetcream in it and not just a dash at the top. First time coming to this location and the staff are very friendly. They have a good 6 ft procedure and the indoor is very... clean. This starbuck doesn't have a drive through. I ordered a tall hot white mocha and it could have been more flavorful but itwas still delicious. :) Read more

One of the worst Starbucks I ever been to. The cashier has absolutely no clue how to mend the register and get the orders... right????????????????????. Did three cancellation to get one simple order as have to hold up the line. The manager is evenworst. She had a bad attitude when employee asked for assistance.
