WORST EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCK'S EVER!!! I come here to do business meetings, as it's close to where I live, plus I'm disabled... and it's convenient. This morning I was having a meeting (my fiancee/caregiver included) with my case manager. We ordereddrinks and some breakfast items and began our meeting. There was music playing through a speaker, which is fine, but suddenlysomeone turned up the music so loud that we couldn't even hear each other talking. We practically had to shout. My fianceewent over to the counter and asked one of the employees nicely if they would turn down the music and he said they would, butthey didn't. The couple sitting next to us commented about the music being way too loud, and then abruptly left. After about10 minutes, I got my walker and went up to the counter (again) and asked them to turn it down because we couldn't conduct ourmeeting. A few minutes later the manager, who was snotty and rude, came over and asked me if I had a problem with the music. Isaid that I just wanted it turned down because we couldn't concentrate and had to shout at one another, while trying to conductbusiness. This manager had a major attitude with me, a paying customer, and I felt like he was looking down on me because I'mdisabled. After about 20 minutes, he turned the music right back up. Finally, we had enough and left. I've been to manyStarbuck's and have NEVER been treated like that. I became disabled about a year ago, and any other Starbuck's I've been toohas always been kind and accommodating. I'm not asking for special treatment, just good customer service. I'm so upset that Icalled Starbuck's customer service and filed a complaint. Read more
Always a long line, wrong drinks about 30% of the time and staff can be forgetful and careless. You need coffee? Have to have... the Bucks? Go for it but if you can avoid this one, then pick another location to go to. Read more

Some blond girl handed me an overflown Strawberry Acai, when I told them and asked for napkins they did not care. Also when they... brought me a grande iced water instead of the large I asked for, I was given a lot of attitude. Customer service skills needsome work. Read more
