Slowest drive through I?ve ever been too, my drinks has been sitting awhile before I actually got to the window were one of my... drinks was hot (extra hot) and by the time I got it there was no whip and it was warm not hot. Crisp apple oatmilk Macchiato OMG SO DELICIOUS

?NO STARS? The drive thru line is always long and the wait times are horrendous. I used to come here daily until I had enough of... it. I only come to this particular one when the others are closed. Last week I came in the drive thru, they didn?t put espressoin my venti latte. It tasted like steamed milk. Tonight we waited in drive thru for 20+ minutes for four drinks. ***UPDATE***Been going to a different location for coffee. Made a quick stop to get 3 lattes and sausage cheddar today. This time the latteswere good, except for the fact that it smelled of strong perfume/lotion when I sipped it. Had to remove the lid, even afterthat-the paper cup still smelled of the fragrance. BEWARE if you?re sensitive to scents/fragrances. Obviously Starbucks doesn?tcare because look at all these bad reviews! Maybe I?ll delete the Starbucks app. Read more

Went through drive through. Wait wasn?t too bad. Pulled up to the window and got a whiff of something burning. Didn?t think it... would be my sausage breakfast sandwich. Looked good but smelled burnt. Threw it away. No time to go back for a replacement. I?dprobably get another smelly sandwich anyway. Read more

Absolutely one of the worst Starbucks in Sacramento, to think they would know how to make the most simplest, common drink on the... menu. I just paid for this VT Carmel macchiato and got home and threw it away. It was literally a watered-down coffee. Read more

Rating is needless to show here but respecting customers is what the workers should pay attention, what is the point that... Starbucks created mobile orders for customers? For convenience? For faster services? Or for nothing! I have to be on time atwork that's the reason why I always choose mobile orders, even though it's already said my orders are ready NOW, but no drinkswhen I'm there and the barista have to ask me what I ordered just when I mention them, 20 more mins extra to wait for mobileorders and be late at work?
