Reviews for Sourdough and Co | Broadway in Sacramento, CA
They do not know how to make sandwiches. They charged me extra money for cheese and mustard but did not make my sandwich with... the condiments. They took over 15 minutes to make my sandwich and did not make it right! The place is a joke ? would not eathere ! Read more
This place is an absolute joke. Dont spend your hard earned money here at any of their locations. The food is downright bland... and unimagintive. I ordered the roast beef aus jous and the roast beef had that old rainbow preservative sheen to it. The onlyflavor I tasted throughout my sandwhich was the sourdough. Thank god I ordered a dip because the sandwhich itself was DRYER thana sandbox in the desert in July. There is absolutely no value on their menu as far as portions are concerned. No management orcustomer service experience whatsoever. Employees were lacking of any real formal training other than trying to upselleverything...I even opted to make my sandwhich a combo and the bag of chips was expired by a day. Literally every customer Iwatched come in for lunch had some sort of issue with their order and were treated rudely by the staff. I feel bad for the youngemployees actually wasting their time working there because they actually choose to work in such a poorly managed place.Management and ownership you should be ashamed of your dispicable end product. YOUR CHAIN IS GOING TO FAIL!!!! I Literally leftand went straight to TOGOs. Read more
The cashier was friendly and the order was perfect. The place looked clean and they were not too busy. Would recommend!
This location is an embarrassment to the Sourdough Bread Co name. I?ve been here three times in my life. The first time they... refused to honor my coupon, the second and third times the oven was broken, and this last time I ordered extra spread but wasserved a sandwich drier than the Sahara desert. I?m debating challenging the charge on my credit card because I wasn?t givenwhat I ordered. Go to the one at the railroad station or one of the two locations in El Dorado Hills, they understand how tomake an edible sandwich. I?ve had better sandwiches from Subway, and at that point we should be asking ourselves why they feel$12 plus a tip is necessary for such a miserable meal. Read more

As I was waiting for my order I noticed the girl making someone's salad taking pictures on her phone with the same gloves she ... was using to make the salad. She didn't change gloves, she continued to touch the food with the same gloves. It wasn't my foodbut after I got my order, the more I thought about it the more it grossed me out. To top it off I ordered French Dip, took itback to work to eat and the meat was so nasty. It tasted like old microwaved meat. The location and place was dirty. This is theworst Sourdough and Co. I have ate at. When I saw the girl walk the order out to Old Lady I almost said something but decidednot to. Super unsanitary!! I'd should have asked my money back but I along with my co-workers (who go there often) won't begoing back. Read more
