Bread is okay, maybe needs to be cooked 5-10 more minutes at a minimum to get the crunch that's typical with sourdough. If... anything, it's sourdough inspired french roll. Our cashier was an older woman - she was rude to the other employees andcustomers. When we asked for Dijon, she scrunched up her face and didn't even put it down on the order. At first I thought itwas just typical, but when a different customer came in she was much nicer to him than anyone else in line or the otheremployees. Everyone else doing the line work was fantastic. Got a small Cobb salad and small bowl of soup to go. They were out of chicken and Caesar dressing. When I left and opened my bag... there was no dressing or bread pieces that usually come with the salad, no fork. Maybe the lady was just having a bad day? Read more
Aggravated!!! Went in and got an order Togo. Ordered 2 meals, one with chips and the other with soup. Got all the way home, and... my soup was not in my bag. 7 bucks down the drain. I am not going all the way back just for the soup, gas isn?t cheap, and bythe time I got it the rest of my food would me gross! SUPER DISAPPOINTED! Read more
The bread was great! And thank goodness for that because there was barely any meat on the sandwich. I'd be embarrassed to serve... that sandwich. Absolutely red icloud! The owners were nice people..but that's not enough to bring me back. Read more
You really can't go wrong with this place. The sandwiches are bomb, the soups are hella good, and the service is pretty great.... Word of caution though, the sourdough bread is a little tough. So the sandwich can sometimes squeeze out the sides. So strategicbird are recommended. Totally delicious though. Read more
Plenty of parking Quick and friendly service Clam chowder was good The garlic pesto Turkey on sourdough was great as... always. They have a good amount of sandwiches to choose from. Clam chowder everyday and some others that change daily. Thesourdough bread I can't get enough of. Read more
This chain restaurant is right on the Howe ave and closer to many other fast food eateries. I tried Clam Chowder soup and Tuna... Salad Sandwich during winter and both were hot and savory. the service was prompt and faster than other places in the area. Myfriends tried the Fire vegetable soup. The taste was good while the prices were on high side. Spending $15 on lunch is over andabove the average in many fast food places. Read more
One excellent tuna salad on a fresh toasted French roll! Sadly, by 2pm they had sold out of clam chowder. But the sympathetic... staff made extra sure my order was great. It was a comfortable place to sit ... not noisy and a few cozy corners. Read more
