Cool vibe from the moment I walked in. Very good burger and fries. Staff was friendly and attentive. They need to put a few TV's... on the walls. One of burgers was gluten free. If you know your gluten free foodstuffs, you know finding buns or bread that don'tfall apart is extremely difficult. Udi's brand (which Smashburger uses) is far from an exception, but the crumbly fallout wasminimal. If you want to share fries with a non-gluten free person, be sure to specify that the fries be placed on the glutenfree tray for safety's sake. Read more
I would have taken more pictures but while the restaurant is open,the dining room is going through a remodel so there is... currently no indoor seating and only three outside tables. Albert was very friendly and the food was good. I'll reassess afterthe remodel to see if they get the 5th ?. Read more
I ordered a BBQ bacon hamburger and smash tater tots. Our children had chicken strips. We all enjoyed the food and the service.... I really liked the minimalist vibe of the place,... Nothing on the walls to distract you from enjoying the meal. Read more

Food was great, customer service was perfect. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. The Restrooms were clean. Time for... everyone to start coming back to help keep them open! They did have a decent take out business going though. Read more

Terrible Customer service and UNSAFE to eat. I'm writing this review with a heavy heart and I will also be placing a complaint... with County of Sacramento Environmental Department. On 11/27/21 I placed a phone order because the online portal wasn't allowingme to do easy sauce on my burger. The person who took my phone order was new. That person was very friendly and helpful. Iarrived and the two employees working at that time greeted me and were very friendly. I extremely appreciate ???? people whostill care about providing good service. These folks were great. However- I ordered a baja guacamole burger easy sauce on amulti grain bun- and bless their soul when I got home there was no guacamole no jalapeno, it wasn't what I ordered at all. So Icall back and they were willing to remake my order the way I originally ordered. When I arrived to pick up my burger there is acompletely different crew operating the restaurant. When I walked in this second time within 45 min it was a completelydifferent experience. First I walked in and the two employees had their backs to me and were either trying to dry something orsanitize something, whatever they were doing they were to busy to acknowledge that I walked in. So after asking for help.... theperson who receives the food from the window turned around to say "hey". I explained that I was there to pick up the order theygot wrong and that person looked me up and down says "oh" than DOES NOT WASH HANDS walks to the window grabs my burger does notbag it or wrap it than comes and drops the burger in my hand. I almost laughed thinking this person must be messing with me.They were not. Instead, they were treating me like their mistake was my fault. And to add insult to injury the person had anold smelly looking cast on their hand and that was the hand this person used to drop my unpacked burger in my hand.
