Can?t recommend enough. It?s hard to find restaurants where you know they serve fresh food. Here, they make the food fresh... everyday. I literally watched them make my pizza right in front of me! Food is very affordable too. You can get a combo (Slice,Side and Drink) for about 10 dollars, or you can get a single slice for 5 dollars. And the ladies were so nice and friendly,they even upgraded my drink to a large drink. Wish I had a picture of the pizza still but I was so excited to eat it I didn?teven think of it. Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, the display is of a nice slice with lots of toppings but what you actually get is all dough... hardly any pepperoni or cheese, it was barley warm and the crust was tasteless cardboard. I don't know what's happened to thislocation they use to be good. Read more
I always felt weird about this place cause it looks like they don?t clean very well. But still choose to eat here. I found a... cockroach in my food. My boyfriend went to ask for a refund & they where surprised themselves ! About the cockroach, they onlyrefunded him $6.50. & I was mad so I went up myself to speak to them myself & demanded a full refund. They not only said ?wellwe will also need the other food in order to give you that refund? we threw it away ! Cause all there food might have roaches,they didn?t even say sorry or nothing ! They where mad at us for what ?? Cause we found a cockroach in there food ! My lordthese people are ridiculous. We spoke to the higher management so hopefully they will get that resolved. I've worked near the mall for almost 20 years. I've spent many of my lunches in the Arden Fair food court. This Sbarro in Arden... Fair has had the same issues and management for most of my 20 years. Bad service Most of all, bad management. Last week thisnew employee of theirs, white guy don't know the name, was helping a young special needs teen, and mentor who looked to beexplaining each step of the process of how to purchase a piece of pizza likely the first time. The new employee recognized thespecial needs case, he took the time and was very very patience, it was impressive. THEN HIS MANAGER PUNISHED HIM! Her name isMary, she's in charge, has been for some years. she punished him for "taking so long" as soon as that customer walked away. Helooked devastated, and all the spunk and drive he had when I started my meal was just.. gone. New guy, you were fantastic.Mary, that was cold hearted and cruel. Appalling attitude of April. The pizza was just okay, but the service was terrible! I ordered two slices from April who was... very distracted. So much so she only cooked one. Then I reiterated my order of two, but she was off doing something else. Mindyou I was the only customer there. I asked for a cup of water while she rang me up. Then she charged me for a combo. Seeingthat she rang it as a combo, I asked for root beer instead. Cue the atrocious attitude. Don?t know what set her off but sheswears at me and calls me names. Says she needs to charge me more. I was so taken aback I just asked for a refund. She said norefunds, and I hadn?t even taken the food or drink yet. Love the food however when trying to tell the worker, Orlando, that I would like the boxes taped close, he proceeded to use... stickers that weren?t holding. Orlando rudely informed me to go to the store and buy some tape. A woman came from the back, gotsome tape, while Orlando continued to get cocky with me.
