First time trying Satori and I must say I am very pleased. Customer service was stellar, friendly and professional. My special... request of a ramen egg in my miso was accommodated and my goodness delicious. The crazy edamame are yummy and tasteful. My bentobox was good. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing for a lunch break with fun music playing. The staff were all pleasant and beyondmeeting expectations. I will definitely come back and recommend to others. The sushi was really decent for the price point. ($10-$15 a roll) Some of the pieces were cut unevenly. However I thought the... fish tasted fresh And the fried oysters tasted pretty good. They rip people off with the portions. Very high priced and they don't want to accommodate you in anyway if you're not... satisfied. 10$ for this teriyaki chicken (kinda chewy and pretty sure the teriyaki sauce is diluted, no flavor) I was not ableto get a refund, they refused. This is not the first time I've been unsatisfied, I was becoming a regular, going everyday for ataro smoothie (which I noticed also has absolutely no flavor as well) Very cheep tasting food at a high price. When looking for an excellent place to eat, I hope to find a great atmosphere, great food, and excellent service. Satori Sushi... has all three. The staff is lovely; they're attentive, thoughtful, and very open to questions. The food has terrific flavor andtexture! It's what I come to expect it to be. Their effort into being more than an average sushi spot is noticed through theiraction in plating and making sure their food comes out to an excellent standard using fresh ingredients.
