Dominic is one of the rudest employees I have ever met. I ordered a pizza and a garlic bread today. The pizza had come out and I... was still waiting for the garlic bread. I ate the pizza and at this point it had been 30 minutes and there was still no garlicbread. I went up to the register and asked about the status of the order. He went and asked the cook who forgot to make it. Hesaid it would take 5 minutes and I told him if it took longer I would need a refund because I needed to get back to work. Afterwaiting more than 5 minutes the pizza was still not out and I asked for a refund. He told me it was still in the oven, but Itold him I needed to go and could not wait anymore. He got his manager to help me, and while the manager was speaking to me hewent into the kitchen and was talking to his coworker very loudly. He said I was being ridiculous and should have just waitedand had more patience among many other things. Other customers could hear him and were also shocked at his behavior. I have beengoing to this round table for years and am very disappointed the conduct of the employees. This happened during a slow time inthe store and I was very polite. Read more
Not consistent, they used different sauce. (Ranch instead of white sauce). My stomach doesn't feel good already. Also, last time... it had green leafs (Basil or something). Read more
I was surprised I had a similar experience as others who have made reviews? it was my first time coming to this Round Table on... campus and I too had a bad experience. I waited 40 minutes for a personal pizza when it was slow (summer time is always slow oncampus). So, I asked how long it might be until my pizza was ready since I had work. I was then told the manager threw my pizzaaway! The staff didn?t understand why, especially since I was sitting at a table with my order number clearly visible. Turns outhe was calling the wrong number. Training should be better? you don?t just throw food away without making sure all customers areserved. Especially when there are only five other customers there. I could not wait for them to remake my food, so I got arefund which was okay but I had to rush to get other food before going to work. Seeing that it?s not just a one-time issue andothers have had similar experiences I just can?t rely on getting food there in between classes or work. I?ll opt for somethingfaster and more reliable on campus next time! Read more
This is the second poor experience I?ve had this semester. The first time, I ordered a small pepperoni. I waited an hour for it... and watched 3 people who I ordered before get their food before me. I went to the counter and asked how long it would be. Theythen brought me a personal size. When I took it back they said they would remake it. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get mynew pizza. (The employees were kind and offered a refund so it wasn?t all that terrible). However, with only 4 people in theentire restaurant at the time, there should be no reason for making someone wait like that. Today, I ordered a small pepperoni.I waited 45 minutes (I was on my lunch break from work so I had to get going). When I went to ask how much longer, they askedfor my number and when they asked the kitchen, they started scurrying around to look for my pizza or my order. Then, one of thecashiers took a pizza out of their warmer that the keep pizzas and handed it to me. Asked for a personal well done pepperoni pizza and it took them 20 mins. just to tell me they forgot to tell the chefs and that... it would take more time. Mind you, it wasn't even busy. They did have a personal pepperoni pizza ready (they could've put thatin the oven for a few mins.) not even sure if they were making me a fresh one. Read more
Pizza is always good, but the prices are high compared to other options in the area. Great option for Sac State students given... it's location, but really no other reason to go here. Read more
Good convenient food on campus. Their lunch deals on personal pizzas ($7.49 for 1-topping or $8.99 for a 4-topping) are... excellent if you want a good meal and don't want to lose your parking spot. They also usually have personal pepperoni pizzas hotand ready around noon, if you're in a hurry. Read more
