I am used to the Round Tables in San Jose, and was told by the guy who sharply dismissed my ask for a discount from the Natomas... RT's very high prices that the chain here is completely unrelated and my many happy purchases in SJ count for nothing. Both froma taste and a Customer service angle, I say that's a shame. Read more

My wife and I arrived and placed our order. After we place ours the two couples behind us place there order. After 45 minutes of... waiting and the other couples getting there orders and leaving we ask the clerk about our order. He replies "oh sorry we messedup the first one and have to remake it". By the time we got our order it had been just over an hour. The bread sticks wereundercooked as well as the pizza. We left the entire order and ver displeased with the service. Read more
