10/10. We drive 1 hour each time just to eat here. The food is perfectly cooked and it tastes amazing. You could tell they take... pride in their restaurant based on how their food taste. Literally as we were eating, we couldn’t stop talking about how goodit is. They are also very friendly and have great customer service. We definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more

I’m a chef and I’m very hard to please. Coming way from Reno to Sacramento. Too bad there isn’t anymore stars, I would... give them more. Place is clean, very welcoming and positive attitudes from staff. Very attentive and the chef came out to see ifyou enjoyed the food and if it was to your liking. Wait time was great, oysters came first… oysters were fresh, sweet and wellpresented and the sauce that came with them brought out the fresh flavor. Seafood mix, lobster, snow crab, king crab, freshcrawfish and shrimp also came with corn, potatoes and sausage. And everything came out Perfect! Not overcooked, sauce wasdelicious and I had the ghost pepper sauce on the side and this place knows what it’s doing. They also have happy hour allday. I highly recommend this place! Support your local businesses. I’ll be back again. Read more

Overall I give it a pretty good rating. Although the oysters seemed fresh they were not very flavorful. And they gave me limes... which I've never actually had with oysters before. I also ordered the clams with the lemon pepper and medium spice and they weregreat very decent size and meaty and flavorful. It certainly has the hole in the wall establishment feel so as long as you'reokay with that it's definitely worth a trip. Read more

Well honestly, the only thing that kept me from giving this place 1 star, is the fact that I placed my order, when they were... close to closing. I feel like at any restaurant, food is rushed and isn't prepared as well as it would be if the order was placeduring restaurants prime hours. With that said, the food was way too salty. The fried portions were over fried, and im black so,over frying is usually my go to option anyway. But if all you taste is hard breading, there's a problem. I ordered the sample2(2pc fried wings, 2pc fried shrimp, 2pc cajun fish nuggets, 2pc fish ball w/ roe). The shrimp, which looked like a near burntchicken finger, was salty, and tasted like a burnt chicken nugget... The chicken was fried ok, but it was supposed to be lemonpepper, I tasted 0 flavor, yet it was still very salty...I never had a flavorless chicken wing, until now....no signs of lemonor pepper.. . The cajun fish nuggets were really good, just a tad bit salty. The fish balls were perfect, 1st time trying it,and it was very good. Soft shell crab was disappointing, I mean it was ok...but it was missing something, maybe a sauce...mostplaces that serve fried soft shell crab, comes with a sauce on the side, that brings out the flavor of the soft shell crab. This soft shell crab basket had no sauce. So it ended up tasting bland and lacked flavor. Well that ends my rant. I really lookforward to trying them during their prime hour, I really want to give them 5 stars. So the Next visit will determine whetherthis restaurant gets a 1 star or 5 star. Read more

Been wanting to try this place since it's so popular in the bay area but it fell short when compared to other establishments in... the area. Cost seems to be higher per lb and I wasn't too fond of their Rockin' combo sauce. They do however offer some of thespiciest options around. They also have more appetizer-ish items also. I like that they offer gloves to eat with which I haven'tseen anywhere else. The seafood seemed pretty fresh and the shrimps were plump. They had plenty of TV's going on with varioussports playing. Beer options on tap that come in plastic cups just like all their utensils and paper plates. The service was abit lacking as we had to flag down a server to take our order and later to ask for a check. Read more
